Vacuum-I know it's not what you were looking for, but try it, vacuum the house just once and see her response.  

Clean anything without her asking and don’t tell her you did it. Women notice everything, even the little things that you do. See what her response is.

Fold something and put it away. Or better yet throw in a load of laundry, just make sure the colors match.  

Leave her little love notes for her to find later in pockets, drawers, on the mirror, etc.  

Pick her up something special that she likes, it doesn’t have to be elaborate-maybe her favorite tea, a special flower or plant, candy, etc.  

Put the children to bed and draw her a bath. Take her by the hand and lead her to the bathroom where you have her bath ready with candles burning, lights turned off and soft music playing. Do all of this in silence.  Walk out and close the door, don’t interrupt, just let her breath.  

Light some candles, put on soft music and ask her to dance with you.  

 Ask her out on a date and plan the whole evening – including  the babysitter.  

Tell her that you’ll take care of dinner, either make it or have take out, it doesn’t matter.

 Turn off the TV and actually have a conversation with her that isn’t just between commercials.
